non-functional cooktopobstructed sea view
I found a couple of things less than stellar. The lack of a working cooktop in the shared kitchen meant my plans for a proper meal went out the window (I ended up tossing some groceries). the promised sea view from the balcony was a bit of a fib (it mostly overlooked a metal roof, with only a sliver of sea visible).

the room was big enough. i got a sea view from the balcony.
the balcony door i had, it would not lock which worried me. the walls let too much noise through, i could hear other guests all the time. there were no chairs on the balcony to sit on. so a bad experience
